Complexity and types of issues you deal with?
Residential Lease Extensions & Collective Enfranchisement: Assisting clients extend their leases and purchase their freehold both within and outside of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, including applications to the First Tier Tribunal, and Courts where necessary.
Property Litigation: Acting for clients in relation to disputes with Landlords/Tenants, in respect of building disputes and lease issues, and general contract disputes as well.
