Trainee Solicitor

Liz is a final year Trainee Solicitor currently working in the litigation and private client departments and has an interest in contentious probate.  Liz is looking forward to completing her training contract with us and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2019, into the private client department.

Liz has a background in residential property having worked for high street firms based in Twickenham and West Yorkshire and in costs having trained to be a costs draftsman in a central London firm.  Since joining Jamieson Alexander as a paralegal Liz has assisted in many fields gaining experience almost all our fields of work here.

Liz graduated from BPP University after completing her Legal Practice Course, part-time alongside working full-time. She originally studied Criminology at the University of Lincoln and graduated with a 2:1 degree before going on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Huddersfield. 

Outside work, Liz enjoys spending time socialising with friends, going  to the theatre and the ballet, as well as regularly visiting friends and family in West Yorkshire.
