Private Client Executive

Anna initially trained at College as a Legal Secretary in 2010. During this course Anna carried out work experience with a Trust Corporation and was offered her first role which began her legal career.  Thereon Anna completed her Paralegal qualification in 2012 and then went on to study as a Legal Executive during which time she specialised in Wills and Succession, Probate and Trusts and Equity. 

Anna became a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2017 and is now working towards becoming a Fellow which she expects to complete early 2020. In March 2020, Anna became an affiliate member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners. 

Anna has worked in the Private Client area since 2011 dealing with both standard and complex matters concerning Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection applications.

Anna aims to help to make what can be difficult matters to approach, simpler for clients to understand and deal with.

Anna enjoys fine wine, cheese and playing “Go Fish” and Monopoly on Fridays after badminton.

Number of years post qualification experience?

Currently in the process of becoming a fellow of CILEX through qualifying employment. Due to qualify in early 2020.

I began working in the Private Client area in 2011.

An estimate of the number of cases and example of interesting cases you deal with in each given area you work in?

Between 5-10 cases at one time.

Percentage of time spent on your areas?

50% time spent on Estate Administration the remaining on other Private Client work.

Complexity and types of issues you deal with?

Estate Administration for both low and high net worth estates and for Testators both English and foreign domicile.
